Wallis Ranch - Dublin, CA
The 184-acre Wallis Ranch Master Plan, winner of the 2017 Gold Nugget award for Masterplan Community of the Year, was entitled for 806 units consisting of 8 different residential product types including large lot single family detached, small lot detached, tri-plex units, courtyard homes and three story attached townhomes.
Ventana - Fontana, CA
Ventana is a mixed-used master planned community located in the City of Fontana. Ventana was composed of five planning areas - four residential planning areas of 492 detached units, and one commercial planning area with 84,000 square feet of regional serving commercial.
TOWNHOMES
Timber - Newark, CA
The Timber community in Newark, California was a highly successful, award winning single-family project consisting of a mix of townhomes and small lot detached homes. The organization was able to rezone the property from light industrial to a 164 lot planned unit development within 16 months.
Centered – San Jose, CA
Centered on Capitol in San Jose won the prestigious Attached Community of the Year by the NAHB for creative land planning and integration of homes to open space areas. The development team were able to rezone the property from commercial to 94 three story townhomes in under 16 months.
SINGLE FAMILY DETACHED
Harmony - Sunnyvale, CA
Harmony was home to a historic family farm for two generations that blossomed into 58 single family detached homes adjacent to a new 2-acre City park. The project was one of the last, large-scale low density housing sites in the Silicon Valley.
Whisler Ranch - Lake Forest, CA
Whisler Ranch was a 50 unit detached entitlement in the City of Lake Forest. The development team was able to overcome significant issued that included neighborhood adjacency concerns, adjacent easements to provide for fuel modification and overall project grading approach to minimize retaining walls.
