Mr. Proctor is a rising young real estate professional with experience in brokerage, acquisitions and development. Mr. Proctor specializes in sourcing, underwriting and negotiating purchase contracts for new development opportunities throughout Orange County, San Diego, Los Angeles and the Bay Area. Mr. Proctor also helps manage Waymark’s entitlement and disposition efforts.
Mr. Proctor earned his business degree at Point Loma Nazarene University and currently resides in Newport Beach, CA.
