Brian Steele / Principal
Mr. Steele is a seasoned real estate executive with over twenty years of experience in the acquisitions, entitlement, and development of residential and mixed-use projects throughout the San Francisco Bay Area and greater Silicon Valley. Prior to becoming a partner at Waymark Development, Mr. Steele was the Senior Vice President of Trumark Homes leading a team of professionals to source, acquire and entitle over 20 projects totaling more than 3,450 units and grossing over $3B in total sales volume. Mr. Steele held senior leadership positions with D.R. Horton, the Hanover Company and Robson Homes.
Mr. Steele earned his M.B.A from Saint Mary’s College and is a current member of the Urban Land Institute’s Residential Neighborhood Development Council and a former Building Industry Association Board of Directors. Brian is a lifelong resident of the East Bay where he resides with his wife and three daughters.
